Pain in Hips Due to Long Sittings: Treat it with Physiotherapy

A recent development in the field of physiotherapy is the treatment for pain in hips and joints due to long sittings. This new approach to chronic pain treatment is meant to be more targeted at the affected area, offering relief to patients more quickly than with other traditional methods. The most common symptom of pain in hips and joints is persistent anisading pain (PA).

This pain is characterized by dull or sharp pain along one side of the hips or buttocks.
